Contract Terms

Easy Pay Direct provides services through Electronic Payments Inc., PowerPay, and other offshore providers. The agreement terms (including PCI Compliance fees, monthly fees, and rate structures) will therefore vary greatly from merchant to merchant. A standard service length of three years is the norm, and Easy Pay Direct usually does not charge an early termination fee. The company may charge early termination fees when it places a merchant with an offshore provider.
